The rooms sport a unique locker box check-in system that's pretty straightforward, giving a sense of independence. This hotel lacks a lobby, home-like vibe, though it's distinctly different from traditional hotels.

The pool had no water , a letdown since it looked great from the photos. The lack of complimentary essentials, like coffee or a water dispenser, felt a bit cheap.

Truly enjoyed staying at the tastefully decorated and new-fashioned room with the balcony. A microwave and fridges worked well.

Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay. The room itself was modern and cosy with the balcony, comfortable bed, as for instance as advertised. I had a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Stay here was really great, I didn't want to leave.

The location was highly convenient, just an 800m walk from the ADO bus station, making it easy to explore the area.

The apartment lacked essential kitchen supplies. There were only two cups provided for the entire stay, made managing meals difficult.

The Double Room with Balcony was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness stood out, with super clean bedding and towels that felt luxurious. I loved the 10-minute walk to the bus station and the quick stroll to the beach bus stop. The hosts were nice and accommodating, allowing me to store my belongings for a couple of hours without any charge. The shower was nice and refreshing too. The wifi was a constant issue. It never worked despite multiple tries to sort it out with the host. There were also some shortcomings in the kitchen supplies-only two cups for four days and no plates or utensils made it tough to manage meals. The value for the price was still good, but a few improvements could definitely enhance the experience.

great access to parks and bustling markets

i had a fantastic time exploring the nearby las palapas park just a few steps away, and the vibrant mercado 28 is only a short walk from the hotel, making it so easy to enjoy the local culture and food.

The room was really spacious and cozy. I loved the big shower and the handy mosquito nets on the windows. I enjoyed relaxing by the peaceful garden and took advantage of the lovely outdoor seating. Only thing was the Wi-Fi didn't seem to work well, but it didn't really spoil my stay 😊

Just a nice choice for a walk in the evening in Cancun with best value. The shower was really spacious and refreshing after a long day out. Make sure to ask for the Wi-Fi password. It can be tricky to connect based on my experience.

The Beautiful Double Room with Balcony was fantastic! It was super clean, comfortable, and felt safe, perfect for two travelers. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the ADO bus station and nearby markets. Plus, the manager checked in to ensure everything was great!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. the room was well decorated and modern, with a balcony and a comfortable bed. I had everything I needed.
